-Health-Performance est un organisme de formation, né d’une idée, celle de pouvoir mutualiser la qualité des soins et des apprentissages, quelques sois votre localisation.
Comme la plupart des projets, celui-ci a germé après avoir été confronté à plusieurs questions :

La massification des diplômes amène-t-elle à une baisse de la valeur de ceux-ci ?

Face aux avancées techniques, technologiques et sociales, sommes-nous toujours à jour ?

Comment être le plus performant possible ?

–En effet, la science et la médecine sont deux domaines en constante évolution, de nouvelles technologies et méthodes de traitement apparaissent chaque jour.
Afin d’absorber ce flot constant de connaissances et de maintenir un niveau de compétences et d’efficacité accrue, le passage par de la formation continue s’impose comme une évidence.

Alors pourquoi ne pas continuer à se former ?

–L’idée est simple et efficace, malheureusement, dans la pratique cela peut s’avérer plus complexes, matérialisé par deux difficultés majeures à la formation : Le temps et la distance ! Votre temps est précieux ! Afin de l’optimiser, la formation s’adapte en devenant ouverte et à distance grâce à l’e-learning avec une rupture des notions de temps et de lieu. Cela permet de se former en autonomie, à son rythme, où et quand on le désire. Néanmoins le modèle traditionnel, dont les résultats ne sont plus à prouver n’aura pas à rougir. En effet nous proposons aussi des formations en présentiels, plus axé sur l’humain et l’échanges notamment entre apprenants, mais aussi avec les formateurs. (La question sur le gain de temps est déjà prise en compte de même que l’aspect présentiel.)

Qu’apporte Health-performance à la formation ?

–Health-Performance, n’aura pas la prétention de révolutionner la formation, mais plutôt de revenir à l’essence même de celle-ci, au-delà du contenu (qui se doit d’être complet et instructif), l’accent est mis sur l’accompagnement et le suivi qui font d’une formation une réussite.
